Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни в преамбулу договору № 326 від "20" травня 2020 року на підставі постанови №807-ІХ Верховної Ради України від 17.07.2020 року "Про утворення та ліквідацію районів" та рішення сесії Міловської селищної ради №5/6 від 15 березня 2021 року "Про прийняття власником об'єктів - Міловською селищною радою правонаступництва Сторони за Угодою про передачу коштів позики №13010-05/199 від 23.07.2018 року, Додатковою Угодою №13010-05/119-1 від 20.09.2018,Угодою про передачу коштів позики від 23.12.2019 №13010-05/269 для подальшої реалізації проектів (Пул 2А, Пул 3) в рамках адзвичайної кредитної програми для відновлення України та визначення розпорядника та одержувача (кінцевого бенефіціара) субвенції з державного бюджету ". Та згідно пункту 4 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та у зв'язку з затримкою фінансування витрат Замовника, Сторони прийняли рішення продовжити строк дії Договору до 30 жовтня 2021 року та викласти додатки №2 №3у новій редакції, та внести зміни до до пункту 20 " МІСЦЕЗНАХОДЖЕННЯ ТА БАНКІВСЬКУ РЕКВІЗИТИ"
