1.1.Внести зміни до п. 4.1. Розділу 4 «Джерела та порядок фінансування» Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«4.1.Обсяги виконаних та оплачених робіт, станом на 01.01.2022 становлять: 4 178 601,60 грн.(чотири мільйони сто сімдесят вісім тисяч шістсот одна гривня 60 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ – 696 433,60 грн.
Обсяги фінансування виконання робіт на 2022 рік, відповідно до бюджетних призначень та актів виконаних робіт,складають 948 500,00грн (Дев’ятсот сорок вісім тисяч п’ятсот гривень 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ 20 % –158 083,33 грн., але можуть бути змінені у разі коригування обсягів бюджетного фінансування на зазначені роботи».
1.2. Додаток 2 «Календарний план виконання робіт» викласти у новій редакції, що додається до Додаткової угоди та є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
