1. Враховуючи фактичні потреби споживача та закінчення бюджетного року Сторони дійшли згоди змінити наступні умови Угоди на постачання цукра і супутньої продукції №7 від 28.01.2021р. (надалі іменується «Договір»), а саме п.4.1.Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
4.1. Кошторисна ціна цієї Угоди становить 18140,00 (Вісімнадцять тисяч сто сорок грн. 00 коп.), без ПДВ. Сума зменшення по даній додатковій угоді 4860,00 (Чотири тисячі вісімсот шістдесят грн. 00 коп.), без ПДВ.
