Керуючи частиною 5 статті 36 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю» розділу VII «Договір про закупівлю» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII, Загальна сума договору з 2019 рік становила 418 335,62грн.(Чотириста вісімнадцять тисяч триста тридцять п’ять грн.62коп.) без ПДВ. Сума цього договору з 01.01.2020 р по 31.03.2020 року не перевищує 20% загальної суми договору за 2019 рік та становить 83 637,90 грн.. (Вісімдесят три тисячі шістсот тридцять сім грн.90 коп.) без ПДВ. Усього за договором: 501 973,52грн. (П’ятсот одна тисяча дев’ятсот сімдесят три грн.62 коп.), без ПДВ.
