Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” від 25.12.2015 р. № 922 та пунктом 2.5. Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі. У разі зміни договору зобов’язання сторін змінюються відповідно до змінених умов щодо предмета, місця, строків виконання тощо.У зв’язку із застосуванням п. 1 цієї Додаткової угоди Сторони домовились викласти п. 2.4 Договору у наступній редакції: “Кількість товару: 4918,24 кг.
Ціна за одиницю товару: м`ясо свинини (окорок охолоджений) 105,40 грн (сто п’ять грн 40 коп.) з ПДВ за 1 кг (один кг); м`ясо куряче (гомілка, стегно охолоджене) 69,60 грн. (шістдесят дев`ять гривень 60 коп.) з ПДВ за 1 кг (один кг); печінка куряча охолоджена 61,80 грн. (шістдесят одна гривня 80 коп.) з ПДВ за 1 кг (один кг).
