Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання. 3. Ця додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної зі Сторін. 4. Ця додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору.

у зв’язку з продовженням дії Договору від 25.02.2019 № 3-Т (далі – Договір) на строк, достатній для проведення процедури нової закупівлі на початку 2020 року, а саме до 31.03.2020 року, на підставі ч.5 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони уклали цю додаткову угоду (далі - Угода) про наступне: Вартість Угоди (обсяг закупівлі за Угодою) становить 289738,00 грн. (двісті вісімдесят дев’ять тисяч сімсот тридцять вісім гривень 00 коп) з урахуванням ПДВ, що не перевищує 20% суми вищевказаного договору. (Після внесення змін сума договору становить 1738431,75 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ; кількість 1049,9995 Гкал)
