5. Внести зміни в Додаток №2 «План-графік виконання робіт» Договору та викласти відповідно до Додатку № 1 цієї Додаткової угоди;
6. Внести зміни в Додаток №3 «План фінансування робіт» Договору та викласти відповідно до Додатку № 3 цієї Додаткової угоди;
7. Внести зміни до розділу 11 «ЮРИДИЧНІ АДРЕСИ І РЕКВІЗИТИ СТОРІН», а саме, змінити реквізити Замовника та викласти їх у наступній редакції:
