Сторони дійшли згоди про внесення змін до Договору №237, укладеного 09.08.2021 між Залізничною районною адміністрацією та ТзОВ «БК Сучасний Простір» відповідно до частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі - Закон), в частині зменшення ціни цього Договору на 3 910,37 грн.; відповідно до частини 4 пункту 5 статті 41 (у зв’язку затримкою фінансування витрат Замовника) Закону та викласти та викласти пункт 3.1 Договору у новій редакції: 3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить - 531 989,63 грн (п’ятсот тридцять одна тисяча дев’ятсот вісімдесят дев’ять грн. 63 коп.) (в т.ч. ПДВ).
