На підставі Рішення Господарського суду Харківської області від 27.06.2017 року, Постанови Харківського апеляційного господарського суду від 10.01.2018 року по справі № 922/1872/17, Замовника зобов"язано укласти Додаткову угоду № 2 до договору № 273 про закупівлю робіт за державні кошти та визначити кількісні характеристики виконуваних за Договором робіт відповідно до проектно-кошторисної документації (з урахуванням корегування кошторисної частини проектно-кошторисної документації - Експертний звіт від 05.04.2017 року за № 295/17),а також суму договору у розмірі 9603049,77 грн.
Крім того, Сторони досягли згоди продовжити строк дії договору до 31.12.2018 року.
