1. Керуючись п. 11.3. Договору поставки від 13.07.2018р. № 146 (далі – Договір), п. 5 ч. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та в зв’язку зі зменшенням ціни в бік зменшення без зміни кількості та якості товару, Сторони дійшли згоди щодо зміни за одиницю товару, а саме:
Бензин А-92 – нова ціна – 30,35грн. (з ПДВ) за 1 (один) літр, бензин А-95 – нова ціна – 31,35грн. (з ПДВ) за 1 (один) літр, дизельне паливо – нова ціна – 28,85грн. (з ПДВ) за 1 (один) літр, у зв’язку з цим домовилися про наступне:
1.1. Пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в такій редакції: " 3.1. Сума Договору 165455,20грн. (сто шістдесят п’ять тисяч чотириста п’ятдесят п’ять гривень 20 копійок) у тому числі ПДВ 27575,87грн (двадцять сім тисяч п’ятсот сімдесят п’ять гривень 87 копійок)».
