У відповідності до ч. 6, статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VIII зі змінами від 19.09.2019 року № 114-IX та на підставі Протоколу спільного засідання технічної ради ДП «Львіввугілля» та фахівців ВП «Вуглезбут» по питанню забезпечення виконання завдання відвантаження вугілля на енергетику від 07.10.2021 року, продовжити дію Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі в обсязі 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, що складає 18 310 600,00 грн. (вісімнадцять мільйонів триста десять тисяч шістсот гривень 00 копійок) з ПДВ суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в 2020 році, а саме: 91 553 000,00 грн. (дев’яносто один мільйон п’ятсот п’ятдесят три тисячі гривень 00 копійок) з ПДВ.
