1. Сторони домовились про зменшення суми договору на 240472,76 грн., виходячи з фактичних обсягів, а саме: п.3.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна цього Договору становить 185095 грн. 24 коп. (Сто вісімдесят п'ять тисяч дев’яносто п’ять грн. 23 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ».
2. Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», ст.ст. 651,653 та 654 Цивільного Кодексу України, положеннями Договору №19 на закупівлю послуг каналізаційних (централізоване водовідведення) від 13 лютого 2020 року (далі-Договір), Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної в Договорі, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.

закупівлю послуги з обробляння та розподіляння води трубопроводами
(централізованеводопостачання) від 13 лютого 2020 року (далі-Договір),
Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для
проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не
перевищує 20% суми визначеної в Договорі, якщо видатки на цю мету
затверджені в установленому порядку.
2. Сума цієї Додаткової угоди складає 37019.05 грн.(Тридцять сім тисяч
дев’ятнадцять грн.05коп.)
