Доповнити розділ VI "Порядок розрахунків" Договору пунктом 6.9 в наступній редакції: "6.9. На дату укладання додаткової угоди тариф на послуги розподілу природного газу встановлено Регулятором для ПАТ "Маріупольгаз" виходячи з величини річної замовленої потужності об'єкта(об'єктів)Споживача (відповідно до постанови НКРЕКП від 16.12.2020р.№2457) та складає: з 01 січня 2021року: 1,53грн. за 1 куб.м. на місяць(без урахування ПДВ), крім того ПДВ - 20%, всього з ПДВ - 1,836грн.(одна грн.836коп.). Збільшити суму Договора на 5коп.Загальна вартість цього Договору на дату укладання додаткової угоди становить 25875,36грн., крім того ПДВ 20% 5175,12грн., разом з ПДВ 31050,48грн.
