1.1. Викласти п. 17.1 розділу 17 Договору в наступній редакції:
«17.1. Цей Договір є укладеним після підписання його Сторонами і діє протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) місяців, але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором, в тому числі гарантійних зобов’язань Підрядника.».
1.2. Додаток № 2 до Договору вважати таким, що втратив чинність.
