Пункт 18.2 договору від 03 квітня 2019 року № 60 про закупівлю робіт за рахунок бюджетних коштів (далі – Договір) по об’єкту: «Агайманська амбулаторія загальної практики сімейної медицини по вул. Садового, 2а, в с.Агаймани Іванівського району – будівництво», доповнено текстом наступного змісту: «У зв’язку з затримкою фінансування, керуючись пунктом 4 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», сторони домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору до 28 грудня 2020 року». 2. Доповнено пункт 11.1 Договору текстом наступного змісту: «Фінансування робіт (будівництва Об’єкта) у 2019 році здійснюється за рахунок коштів субвенції з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам і становить 3996860,40 грн (Три мільйони дев’ятсот дев’яносто шість тисяч вісімсот шістдесят грн 40 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 666143,40 грн (шістсот шістдесят шість тисяч сто сорок три грн 40 коп.)».
