1.Сторони дійшли згоди розірвати Типовий договір розподілу природного 01.10.2023 року, а останнім днем надання послуг з розподілу газу № 4203540-8992-22 від 01.01.2023 з визначити 30.09.2023 року включно.
2.Зобов'язання сторін в частині розподілу природного газу за цим договором припиняються з 01.10.2023, а в частині проведення розрахунків діють до їх повного виконання.
3. Дана угода укладена в двох оригінальних примірниках, по одному для кожної Сторони, що мають однакову юридичну силу та невід'ємною № 42AB540-8992-22 від 01.01.2023 частиною Типового договору розподілу природного газу
