Керуючись п.1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. № 922-УІІІ, сторони дійшли згоди щодо зменшення обсягів товару за даним Договором на закупівлю "Зернові культури та картопля" (картопля) за кодом ДК021:2015:03210000-6, а саме: картопля, на 21,100 кг до 6978,900 кг. 2. Зменшити суму Договору № 346 від «18» липня 2019 р. на 244,33 грн. з ПДВ. 3. Пункт 3.3 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна цього Договору становить 80815,67 грн. (вісімдесят тисяч вісімсот п'ятнадцять гривень 67 коп.) з ПДВ.»
