1. Визнати недійсною Додаткову угоду № 2 до договору № 1736 від 21.12.2020 р. про закупівлю ДК 021:2015 код 37530000-2 «Вироби для парків розваг, настільних або кімнатних ігор» (вироби для спортивного майданчика для ДЮСШ "Дарниця" за адресою: вул. О.Кошиця, 8, Дарницького району м. Києва) на підставі ст. 229 ЦК України, посилаючись на укладення угоди внаслідок помилки.
2. Керуючись п. 1.3.. Договору № 1736 від 21.12.2020 р. Пункт 3.1 договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Сума цього Договору становить: 321 300,00 грн. (триста двадцять одна тисяч триста грн. 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ. 53 550,00 грн.
Специфікація ціни додається (Додаток №1).»
