Керуючись статтею 188 Господарського кодексу України, статтею 651 Цивільного кодексу України, пунктами 11.2 та 11.3 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити кількість послуг за Договором, у зв’язку з чим Сторони домовилися:
1.1. Викласти пункт 1.4 Договору у такій редакції:
«1.4. Кількість послуг: 2 послуги.».
1.2. Викласти пункт 2.1 Договору у такій редакції:
«2.1. Загальна ціна Договору складається з суми вартості послуг, що були надані за Договором на протязі строку його дії та дорівнює 8 300,00 (вісім тисяч триста гривень 00 коп.) грн без ПДВ. Вартість одного місяця послуги становить 4 150,00 (чотири тисячі сто п’ятдесят гривень 00 коп.) грн без ПДВ.».
