У зв'язку із погіршенням погодних умов, відсутністю повного фінансування в 2021 році, виникла необхідність внести зміни щодо фактичного фінансування даного об'єкту в поточному році та заплановано фінансування даного об'єкту в 2022 році та продовжити строк виконання робіт за Договором до 30.11.2022 року. Сторони зменшують фінансування робіт у 2021 році на суму 1 323 807,25 грн. (один мільйон триста двадцять три тисячі вісімсот сім гривень 25 копійок), і збільшують на цю суму фінансування в 2022 році. Уточнюють джерела оплати за договором. Загальна сума цього Договору залишається без змін.
