Продовжити строк дії Договору на час, достатній Замовнику для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного – 2018 року та викласти у такій редакції: “ Цей Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та скріплення їх підписів печатками (за наявності) Сторін і діє в частині постачання газу з моменту його підписання і діє до моменту завершення Замовником процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, а саме до 31 березня 2018 р..” 2. Погодити збільшення ціни Договору на суму, яка не перевищує 20% від суми визначеної за ним у 2017 році (залежно від фактичних обсягів фінансування Замовника) і буде остаточно узгоджена Сторонами в окремій Додатковій угоді.
