Послуги з розподілу природного газу на період І -ІV кварталу 2021 року. Відповідно до абз. 4 п. 2 ч.7 ст. 3 Закону придбання замовником товарів, робіт і послуг, вартість яких дорівнює або перевищує 50 тисяч гривень та є меншою за вартість, що встановлена у п. 1 та 2 ч. 1 ст. 3 Закону, здійснюється без застосування порядку проведення спрощених закупівель, встановленого цим Законом, у разі, якщо роботи, товари чи послуги можуть бути виконані, поставлені чи надані виключно певним суб’єктом господарювання за наявності відсутності конкуренції з технічних причин. на офіційному веб-сайті Антимонопольного комітету України (посилання - https://amcu.gov.ua/napryami/konkurenciya/arhiv-zvedenogo-pereliku-prirodnih-monopolij) зазначено зведений перелік суб’єктів природних монополій України, яким визначено АКЦІОНЕРНЕ ТОВАРИСТВО "ОПЕРАТОР ГАЗОРОЗПОДІЛЬНОЇ СИСТЕМИ "ЖИТОМИРГАЗ" , (ЄДРПОУ – 03344071), що займає монопольне (домінуюче) становище по наданню послуг з розподілу природного газу в межах Житомирської області.
1. Загальна вартість даної додаткової угоди на розподіл природного газу на період опалювального сезону 2021 року становить: 8154,51 грн. (вісім тисяч сто п’ятдесят чотири гривні 51 копійка) з ПДВ.
2. Дана додаткова угода складена у 2-х примірниках, скріплених печаткою, по одному екземпляру для кожної сторони, що мають однакову юридичну силу.
3. Дана додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною договору № 0942020В79АВ016 від 20.01.2016 року, набирає чинності з моменту підписання Сторонами та діє до 31.12.2021 р.
4. Решта умов договору № 0942020В79АВ016 від 20.01.2016 року залишається незмінною і обов’язковою для виконання Сторонами.
