У зв’язку з веденням воєнного стану в Україні, відповідно до Указу Президента України №64/2022 від 24.02.2022 р., затвердженого Законом України №2102-ІХ від 24.02.2022 р., та продовженням строку дії воєнного стану в Україні, відповідно до Указу Президента України від 07.11.2022 р. №757/2022, затвердженого Законом України №2738-ІХ від 16.11.2022 р., у зв’язку з об’єктивними обставинами, а саме ведення бойових дій у місті де знаходився об’єкт будівництва, що спричинило неможливість своєчасного виконання повного обсягу передбачених Договором зобов’язань Виконавцем, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди та вирішили продовжити строк дії Договору та строк виконання зобов’язань за Договором до 31.12.2023 року
