Note:
1. Відповідно до п. 11.2. Договору № 2141 від 27 квітня 2021 року, (далі- Договір), а саме у зв’язку зі зменшенням обсягів закупівлі та збільшенням ціни товару на ринку, сторони дійшли згоди:
1.1. Зменшити обсяги закупівлі та внести зміни до п. 1.1. Договору, виклавши його в наступній редакції:
««Виконавець» зобов’язується здійснити виготовлення залікових книжок та індивідуального навчального плану студента (у кількості 2300 шт.) за ДК 021:2015-79820000-8 (послуги, пов’язані з друком), в інтересах «Замовника», а «Замовник» приймати й сплачувати вартість наданих послуг у терміни, встановлені у даному Договорі.»
1.2. Внести зміни до п. 2.1. Договору, виклавши його в наступній редакції:
«Вартість договору складає 37 398,00 гривень (тридцять сім тисяч триста дев’яносто вісім гривень нуль копійок) з ПДВ».
