1. Сторони дійшли згоди пункт 2.2. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «2.2. Строк дії Договору та/або виконання зобов’язань може бути продовжено у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат Замовника за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної у Договорі»
2. На підставі пункту 2.2. Договору, внаслідок виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин (відсутність фінансування Замовника) подовжити строк дії Договору та/або строк виконання зобов’язань за Договором і пункт 2.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «2.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє до 31.12.2025 року, а в частині виконання грошових зобов’язань до повного їх виконання».
3. Абзац 1 пункту 4.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна Договору визначається відповідно до суми договірної ціни (Додаток 3 до Договору) і становить 4199000,00 грн. (чотири мільйони сто дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч грн.00 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 699 833,33 грн., в тому числі:
2020 рік – 797 376,22 грн.;
2021 рік – 2 315 703,95 грн.;
2022 рік – 0,00 грн.;
2023 рік – 0,00 грн.;
2024 рік – 0,00 грн.;
2025 рік – 1 085 919,83 грн. ».
