у зв’язку з набуттям чинності з 01.04.2021 рішення виконавчого комітету Южноукраїнської міської ради від 10.03.2021 №58 «Про встановлення тарифів для всіх груп споживачів на послуги централізованого водопостачання та водовідведення, які надає комунальне підприємство «Теплопостачання та водо-каналізаційне господарство» в місті Южноукраїнську» в частині підвищення тарифів для бюджетних установ на водопостачання до 14,76 грн. (без ПДВ) за м3, на підставі рішень сесій Южноукраїнської міської ради від 22.12.2020 №62, від 22.04.2021 №319 щодо виділення додаткових коштів, відповідно до п.7 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», враховуючи лист Міністерства розвитку економіки та сільського господарства України від 24.11.2020 р. №3304-04/69987-06 «Щодо укладення, виконання, зміни та розірвання договору про закупівлю» змінено ціну договору
