У зв’язку із зміною комунальним підприємством Звягельської міської ради «Звягельводоканал» порядку проведення нарахування та розміру плати за абонентське обслуговування з централізованого водопостачання, граничний розмір якої встановлюється постановою Кабінету Міністрів України № 808 від 21.08.2019 р. із внесеними змінами, сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору. «п.2.2. Обсяги встановленого ліміту: 11682,023 куб. м/рік». «пп. 2.3.2. Плати за абонентське обслуговування, граничний розмір якої визначається Кабінетом Міністрів України. Плата за абонентське обслуговування на момент укладання договору по 30.06.2023 р. становить 12,00 грн. з ПДВ на місяць. Плата за абонентське обслуговування з 01.07.2023 р. становить 35,00 грн. з ПДВ на місяць та з 01.06.2023 р. нараховується на кожен самостійний об’єкт нерухомого майна за однією поштовою адресою. Нарахування абонентської плати здійснюється щомісячно».
