Договір № 29-01/3 від 29.01.2017 року укладений між Полтавським КАТП 1628 та ТОВ "Надежда - Ритейл" на поставку для Полтавського КАТП 1628 палива (бензин А - 92 та дизильного пального) закінчується 31.12.2017 року. Договір на поставку палива на 2018 рік ще не укладенний, аукціон з публічних закупівель відбудеться тільки 02.02.2018 року. На підставі п. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», яким передбачено, що дія Договору може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до укладеного Договору № 29-01/3 від 29.01.2017 року про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти, а саме: Збільшити суму Договору № 29-01/3 від 29.01.2017 року про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти на 1 630 024, 58 (один мільйон шістсот тридцять тисяч двадцять чотири грн. 58 коп.) . Пункт 3.1. Договору № 29-01/3 від 29.01.2017 року про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти викласти в наступній редакції: « Ціна цього договору становить 9 784 224, 58 (дев’ять мільйонів сімсот вісімдесят чотири тисячі двісті двадцять чотири грн. 58 коп.), а саме: бензин А – 92 - 386 607 грн. 78 коп., дизельне паливо 9 397 616 грн. 80 коп., в тому числі ПДВ 1 630 704 грн. 10 коп. Пункт 10.1. Договору № 29-01/3 від 29.01.2017 року про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти викласти в наступній редакції: «Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 30 березня 2018 року.»
