Керуючись п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 11.1 Договору № 18 від 18.01.2021 року (далі - Договір), а також згодою Сторін, уклали цю Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1.Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі та відповідно загальну вартість договору на – 330,00 грн.
2. Пункт 3.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна цього договору становить 4950,00 грн. (Чотири тисячі дев’ятсот п’ятдесят гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 825,00 грн.
