1. Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору на 4,00 грн. (чотири гривні 00 коп.), внести зміни в розділ 3 «Ціна Договору» та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«3.1 Ціна договору складає:
Сума без ПДВ – 1999996,00 грн. (один мільйон дев’ятсот дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто шість гривень 00 коп.)
3.2 Ціна Договору може бути зменшена в залежності від реального фінансування видатків Замовника.»

Відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VІІI «Дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку», а саме: 399990,00 грн. (триста дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто гривень 00 коп).
Згідно з ч. 3 ст. 631 ЦКУ - «Сторони можуть встановити, що умови договору застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли до його укладення». Умови даної угоди поширюються на відносини, що виникли з 01.01.2018 і діють до 31.03.2018, але у бідь-якому разі до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань.
