У зв'язку з встановленням на території України карантину згідно постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 22.07.2020 №641 "Про встановлення карантину та запровадження посилених протиепідемічних заходів на території із значним поширенням гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2" (зі змінами), що впливає на терміни отримання експертного звіту за результатами експертизи проектної документації у ДП "Укрдержбудекспертиза", враховуючи п. 2.3 Договору та відповідно до п.4 ч.5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", сторони дійшли згоди строк виконання робіт та строк дії Договору продовжити до 31.12.2021.
