Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторонами досягнуто згоди продовжити дію договору розподілу природного газу від «25» січня 2019р. № 02-312/19 на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, та Сторони підтверджують, що видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
