Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору № 21 від 23.10. 2023 року (далі — Договір) та викласти пункт 14.1 Договору в такій редакції:
«14.1 Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання уповноваженими на це представниками Сторін і діє до 29.02.2023 року включно, а в частині розрахунків — до повного їх виконання».
Загальна вартість товарів (виконаних робіт або наданих послуг), що будуть закуплені в період з 01 січня 2024 року по 31 січня 2024 року, визначається окремою додатковою угодою між Сторонами та не може перевищувати 20 % від суми Договору № 23 від 23.10. 2023 року, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
Конкретний обсяг електричної енергії, що буде закуплена в період з 01 січня 2024 року по 31 січня 2024 року, визначається окремою додатковою угодою між Сторонами після затвердження кошторису (тимчасового кошторису).

Загальна сума вартості Договору на момент підписання даної угоди з усіма змінами становить становить 177 488 грн 67 коп.( Сто сімдесят сім тисяч чотириста вісімдесят вісім грн 67 коп.) з ПДВ. Відповідно до затверджених видатків на 2024 рік 20 % від суми початкового договору про закупівлю складає 35 497 грн 73 коп. (Тридцять п’ять тисяч чотириста дев’яносто сім грн 73 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 5 916 грн 29 коп. (П’ять тисяч дев’ятсот шістнадцять грн 29 коп.).
