Відповідно до п.11.4 розділу 11. «ПРИКІНЦЕВІ ПОЛОЖЕННЯ» Договору № 412/23 від 02 серпня 2023 року (надалі - Договір) Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору, а саме:
1.1. Викласти п.10.1. розділу 10 «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ» Договору у наступній редакції:
«10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та діє до 31 грудня 2025 року, але в будь-якому випадку до повного та належного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором.»
2. Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін і Сторони підтверджують за ним свої зобов’язання.
