Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 3.7 Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару - 9.99 %, у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору. У разі зміни договору зобов'язання сторін змінюються відповідно до змінених умов щодо предмета, місця, строків виконання тощо.
