Сторони уклали дану Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Постачальник зобов’язується надати послуги в порядку та за ціною, визначеною в Договорі № 03/22 від 12 січня 2022 р. (далі - Договір) в період з 01.01.2023 року по 31.03.2023 року включно.
2. Загальна сума вартості Договору на момент підписання даної угоди з усіма змінами становить 733 390 гривень 57 копійок з ПДВ. Відповідно до затверджених видатків на 2023 рік 20 % від суми початкового договору про закупівлю складає 122 200 гривень 00 копійок з ПДВ.
