Доповнити розділ 2 до Договору №75 від 12 серпня 2020 року: «Ціна послуг та порядок розрахунків», в такому змісті:
«2.6. У разі, якщо виникне необхідність проведення додаткових, не передбачених Договором на момент його укладення робіт. Виконавець зобов’язується в будь-якому разі не зупиняти виконувані роботи та виконати такі виявлені додаткові роботи. Закупівля додаткових аналогічних послуг у того самого Учасника здійснюється протягом трьох років після укладання договору про закупівлю, якщо загальна вартість таких послуг не перевищує 50 відсотків ціни основного Договору про закупівлю, укладеного за результатами проведення спрощеної процедури закупівлі». Відповідно до ст. 3 ч.7 п.5 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами).
