Відповідно до п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», у зв’язку зі зменшенням фактичного обсягу видатків адміністрації Новобаварського району Харківської міської ради на оплату теплопостачання на підставі актів виконаних робіт по відпуску теплової енергії
Ціна цього договору становить 402 588,18 грн., ПДВ 80 517,63 грн., усього 483 105,81 грн., у тому числі:
- бюджетні кошти 368 628,47 грн., ПДВ 73 725,69 грн., усього 442 354,16 грн.
- за рахунок відшкодування орендарів – 33 959,71 грн., ПДВ 6791,94 грн., усього 40 751,65 грн.
Теплопостачальна організація постачає Споживачу протягом року теплову енергію в межах 291.04873 Гкал/рік.
