Згідно ч. 5 статті 36 Закону України « Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII збільшити суму договору що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у даному Договорі, на 13922,00 грн. (тринадцять тисяч дев’ятсот двадцять дві грн. 00 коп.) без ПДВ, та викласти п. п. 2.2 п.2 договору в наступній редакції «Сума договору після збільшення становить 245214,03 (двісті сорок п’ять тисяч двісті чотирнадцять грн. 03 коп.) без ПДВ.
