Note:
1. На підставі пункту 2.2. Договору, внаслідок виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, пункт 2.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «2.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє до 31.12.2022 року, а в частині грошових зобов’язань до повного їх виконання».
2. Сторони дійшли згоди абзац 1 пункту 4.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна Договору визначається відповідно до суми договірної ціни (Додаток 3 до Договору) і становить 6 042 797,75 грн., крім того ПДВ 1 208 559,55 грн., разом з ПДВ 7 251 357,30 грн. (сім мільйонів двісті п’ятдесят одна тисяча триста п’ятдесят сім грн. 30 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ в тому числі:
2020 рік – 1 100 000,00 грн.;
2021 рік – 3 719 368,09 грн.;
2022 рік – 2 431 989,21 грн.».
