Сторони, керуючись пунктом 4 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону уклали цю Додаткову угоду №1 про наступне:
1.1 Керуючись пунктами 10.3, 15.7 Договору та з урахуванням протоколу засідання тендерного комітету ДП «Медзакупівлі України» та у зв’язку із продовженням співпраці Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору:
1.1.1 У п.10.1 Договору цифри та слова «31 грудня 2021 року» замінити цифрами та словами «31 березня 2022 року».
1.2 Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними.
