У зв'язку з технічною помилкою допущеною під час заповнення повідомлення про внесення змін до договору в електронній системі викласти у новій редакції: «пункт 11. Випадки для внесення змін до істотних умов договору згідно з частиною четвертою статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" : Продовження строку дії договору на наступний рік та пункт 12 Опис змін, що внесені до істотних умов договору: Зміни умов у зв’язку із продовженням строку дії договору, достатнього для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку з частиною п’ятою статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі".Оскільки на майданчику відсутня технічна можливість оприлюднення вказаних змін, крім випадків передбачених частиною 4 статті 36 Закону. Необхідно обрати випадок внесення змін «покращення якості предмета закупівлі за умови, що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі» та прикріпити рішення про внесення змін до повідомлення від 24 січня 2019 року (виправлення технічних помилок).
