Відповідно до п. 11.3. Договору та на підставі Рішення виконавчого комітету Полтавської міської ради №237 від 4 листопада 2021 року Сторони домовилися викласти абзац 2 пункту 3.1. та пункт 3.1.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
«3.1. …Ціна за одиницю товару (1 Гкал) становить 2739,35 грн. (Дві тисячі сімсот тридцять дев’ять грн. 35 коп.) з ПДВ (згідно тарифу встановленого рішенням виконавчого комітету Полтавської міської ради №237 від 04.11.2021).
3.1.1. При застосуванні одноставкового тарифу ціна за одиницю товару (1 Гкал) становить 2739,35 грн. (Дві тисячі сімсот тридцять дев’ять грн. 35 коп.) з ПДВ».

Відповідно до ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. № 922-VIIІ, для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору № 254 на централізоване постачання теплової енергії у вигляді гарячої води від 30.03.2021р. та внести зміни до п. 10.1 розділу 10 «Строк дії Договору» і викласти його в наступній редакції: «п. 10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з 30.03.2021р. і діє до 31.03.2022 р., але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за ним.»
