Note:
1. Внести зміни до розділу 4 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
"4.1. Обсяги фінансування виконання робіт на 2019 рік, відповідно до бюджетних призначень становить: 1 000 000,00 грн. (Один мільйон гривень 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ-166 666 67 грн., але можуть бути змінені у разі коригування обсягів бюджетного фінансування на зазначені роботи.
4.2. Зобов'язання за договором виникають в межах затверджених бюджетних асигнувань на відповідний бюджетний період, про що Сторонами укладається відповідна додаткова угода до цього Договору.
4.3. Фінансування робіт, визначених Договором, здійснюється за рахунок бюджетних коштів"
2. У зв'язку з затримкою отримання вихідних даних з вини організації, погодження проектної документації з якою є обов'язковим, відповідно до підпункту "в" пункту 3.8, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Додатку 2 Договору "Календарного плану виконання робіт" та викласти його в новій редакції, що додається.
