Note:
1. Сторони домовились продовжити термін дії договору до 01.04.2019 р. на суму 75601,59 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ 12600,27 грн.
2. Дана Угода вступає в силу з моменту її підписання та є невід’ємною частиною Договору №102027В/К-2 від 21.03.2018р. Умови даної угоди розповсюджуються на відносини між сторонами, що виникли з 01 січня 2019 р. (відповідно до частини 3 статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України).
3. Дана Угода складена в двох примірниках на українській мові для кожної Сторони, всі примірники мають однакову юридичну силу.

1. У зв’язку з закінченням проведення процедури закупівлі послуг з розподілу води на 2019 рік припинити термін дії договору №102027В/К-2 від 21.03.2018 р. з 27 лютого 2019 р., зменшивши суму Договору в 2019 році на 67243,59 грн., яка становить 8358,00 грн. (Вісім тисяч триста п’ятдесят вісім гривень 00 копійок), в т.ч. ПДВ.
2. Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з дня її підписання Сторонами.
