Відокремлений структурний підрозділ «Березоворудський фаховий коледж
Полтавської державної аграрної академії» в особі директора Краснюка Василя
Миколайовича, що діє на підставі Положення, (далі - Покупець), з однієї сторони та
Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «ТРАНС ОЙЛ СЕРВІС» , в особі
директора Кашівського Романа Вікторовича, який діє на підставі Статуту (далі -
Постачальник), з другої сторони, разом Сторони, дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору
№44 від 21 серпня 2020 року в пункт 1.1, у зв’язку з технічною помилкою, та викласти
пункт 1.1 в новій редакції:
- Постачальник зобов’язується передати у власність (поставити) Покупцю бензин ДК
021:2012-09130000-9 - Нафта і дистиляти (Бензин А-92,Дизельне паливо в талонах).
2. Всі інші умови цього Договору про закупівлю за державні кошти пального, не
обумовлені цією додатковою угодою, залишаються без змін.
3.Ця додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору про закупівлю за державні кошти
пального №44 від 21 серпня 2020 року.
4.Ця додаткова угода складена в двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу,
один з них зберігається у Замовника, другий - у Учасника.
