Керуючись п. 11.3.2 розділу XІ «Інші умови» Договору, відповідно до п. 8, ч. 4, ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. №922-VIII (зі змінами), продовжити дію Договору від 11.05.2017 р. №5168/11 на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у Договорі від 11.05.2017 р. №5168/11, а саме: до 31 березня 2018 р.

Note:
1. Керуючись п. 11.3.2 розділу XІ «Інші умови» Договору, відповідно до п. 8, ч. 4, ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. №922-VIII (зі змінами), продовжити дію Договору від 11.05.2017 р. №5168/11 на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, а саме: до 31 березня 2018 р. та в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі від 11.05.2017 р. №5168/11, а саме: 47129,02 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ (20%).
2. Вартість послуг, наданих Учасником за цим Договором, встановлюється у розмірі 1306, 644 грн. за 1 Гкал з урахуванням ПДВ – 20%.
3. Вартість даної додаткової угоди становить 47129,02 грн. (сорок сім тисяч сто двадцять девʼять гривень, 02 копійки), у тому числі ПДВ (20%) – 7 854,84 грн.
4. Обсяг послуг за даною додатковою угодою складає 36,06875 Гкал.
