. Згідно коригування проектно-кошторисної документації внести зміни в пункт 1.1 Договору № 34 від 25 жовтня 2024р.та викласти в наступній редакції :
Замовник доручає, а виконавець зобов’язується провести авторський нагляд згідно проекту «Капітальний ремонт будівлі з використанням енергозберігаючих технологій із утепленням горищного перекриття клубу-їдальні КНП "Хмільницька ОЛВЛ ВОР" по вул. Шолом Алейхема.8 в м. Хмільник, Вінницької області)»(коригування)
2. Згідно коригування проектно-кошторисної документації зменшити пункт 2.4. на 2900,00 грн. (Дві тисячі дев’ятсот гривень 00 копійок), тобто змінити та викласти в наступній редакції : Загальна вартість робіт складає 5600 грн. 00коп.(П'ять тисяч шістсот гривень 00 коп.)
3. Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії договору № 34від 25 жовтня 2024 р. до 31 травня 2025 року, в зв’язку із тим що підрядник продовжив строк дії договору із несприятливими погодними умовами.
