Отже в пункті конкретна назва закупівлі потрібно вважати–«Реконструкція інженерних мереж побутової каналізації по вул. Лесі Українки в м. Моршин Львівської області». Саме тому необхідно прийняти рішення про те, що це помилка технічного характеру, яку не можливо усунути .
