Зменшення суми договору тоді пункт 6.1 викласти в такій редакції "6.1 Загальна сума договору на розподіл природного газу на 2020 рік стпновить 90144,80 грн. (Девяносто тисяч сто сорок чотири гривні 80 копійок)
Внести зміни до п. 12.1 викласти в новій редакції "12.1 Цей договір набирає чинності з моменту його укладання і діє до 31.12.2020 року при цьому строк дії Договору є періодом надання послуги.
Договір вважається щорічно переукладеним на новий строк на таких же умовах якщо за 20 днів до його припинення жодна із сторін не заявить про закінчення строку його дії.
Сторони керуючись ст. 631 ЦК України, домовились, що дія цього Договору розповсюджується на відносини між ними, які виникли з 01 січня 2020 року.
